I am very honoured to be invited to attend the ‘190th anniversary of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital’ (Guangzhou) and to participate at the ‘Golden Bay Summit’ (Shanwei) for a second consecutive year. I was impressed about the pioneering work of this hospital related to western medicine practice, and I was delighted to learn more about this revolutionary leader (Sun Yat-sen) who was the forerunner of the democratic revolution in China 👍

Work hard, play harder! 👍💪 It is very clear that the GLARE members have plenty of great qualities and skills outside the lab too! Go team! I’m very proud of all of you 👍

I had the honour to be invited and present our work at this exciting event in Beijing. We have already established some exciting collaborations with colleagues (neurosurgeons) from Beijing Tiantan Hospital. I am amazed by their overall excitement and willingness to collaborate and do groundbreaking research 👏
